Terms of service

We aim to provide 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, marketplace API downtime, or circumstances beyond our control. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime.

The Service integrates with third-party marketplace platforms via their APIs or session-based access. Sell Seva is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Etsy, Depop, Facebook, or Vinted. Changes to third-party APIs, terms, or access restrictions may affect the Service and are outside our control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

When you connect a marketplace account, you grant Sell Seva permission to access and interact with that account on your behalf. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Sell Seva complies with the terms of service of each Connected Platform. Sell Seva is not responsible for account suspensions or bans by third-party platforms resulting from your use of the Service.

Pro plan subscribers may create up to 5 sub-accounts. Each sub-account holder must agree to these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that all sub-account users comply with these Terms.

Sell Seva offers subscription tiers including Starter (free), Growth ($24/month), Pro ($79/month), and Enterprise ($169/month). Plan details, features, and pricing are described on our Pricing page and may be updated with 30 days notice.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise Sell Seva to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.

New paid plan subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. No charge is made during the trial period. You may cancel at any time during the trial without charge.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to the Service until the end of the paid period.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within 14 days of your first paid charge, contact us for a full refund. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or at our sole discretion. See the Refund Policy for full details.

We may change our pricing with at least 30 days written notice. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

The Service, including its software, design, trademarks, logos, AI models, and content created by Sell Seva, is owned by Sell Seva, Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as described herein.

You retain full ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including product photos, descriptions, and inventory data ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant Sell Seva a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, display, and transmit Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

When you use our AI listing features, the AI-generated titles, descriptions, and tags are provided as suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of AI-generated content before publishing.

eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Etsy, Depop, Facebook Marketplace, and Vinted are trademarks of their respective owners. Sell Seva is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by any of these platforms.

These Terms are effective from the date you create your account and continue until terminated.

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and requesting account deletion from the Settings page.

We may suspend or terminate your account with or without notice if you violate these Terms, if your payment fails and is not resolved within 7 days, if we are required to do so by law, or if we discontinue the Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data within 90 days. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 8, 9, and 11) will remain in effect.

Before filing any formal legal claim, you agree to contact us at support@sellseva.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue within 30 days.

If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be conducted in Dover, Delaware. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding.

You agree that any dispute resolution will be conducted on an individual basis only and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.

If you are located in the EU or UK, you are entitled to refer complaints to your local dispute resolution body or court. The arbitration and class action waiver clauses above do not affect this right.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sell Seva regarding the Service.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email and by displaying a notice in the app. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
