Refund policy

1 · Overview

At Sell Seva, we want you to be completely satisfied with the Service. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available, how to request one, and what to expect.

This policy applies to all Sell Seva subscription plans: Starter (free), Growth ($24/month), and Pro ($79/month). The Starter plan is free and no charges ever apply.

Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent. If you have a question not covered here, contact us at support@sellseva.com and we will do our best to help.

2 · 14-day money-back guarantee

Every new paid subscription includes a 14-day money-back guarantee. This applies to:

Your first Growth plan subscription
Your first Pro plan subscription
Upgrades from Growth to Pro (applied to the upgrade amount)

If you are not satisfied within 14 days of your first paid charge, contact us and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. No questions asked.

Eligibility: first subscription only. One per customer. Not available if the account has been suspended for Terms of Service violations.
Timeframe: refund request must be submitted within 14 days of the charge date.
Refund processing: 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

3 · Monthly subscriptions

After the 14-day money-back period, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. When you cancel:

·Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
·You retain full access to your plan features until the billing cycle ends
·No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing cycle

If you cancel and immediately regret it, you can reactivate your subscription from the Settings page at any time before the billing cycle ends.

4 · Annual subscriptions

Annual plans are billed upfront and are generally non-refundable after 14 days, except in the following circumstances:

·Service discontinuation: if Sell Seva discontinues the Service, we will issue a pro-rata refund for the remaining unused months.
·Significant feature removal: if we remove a feature that was material to your decision to purchase an annual plan, contact us — we review these on a case-by-case basis.

If you cancel an annual plan before the year is up, you retain access until the end of the annual period but no refund is issued for the remaining months.

Annual plans are 2 months free compared to monthly billing, which is why they are priced as a commitment. If you are uncertain about committing to a year, start with a monthly plan.

5 · Exceptions & edge cases

Service outages

If you experience a significant service outage or bug that materially prevented you from using the Service for an extended period, contact our support team. We review outage-related refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may issue account credits or partial refunds at our discretion.

Accidental charges

If you were charged in error (e.g. you cancelled before the billing date and were charged anyway), contact us immediately. We will investigate and issue a full refund if an error occurred on our end.

Unauthorised charges

If you believe an unauthorised charge was made to your account, contact us immediately and also contact your bank. We take account security seriously and will investigate promptly.

Promotional or discounted plans

Refunds on promotional pricing are issued at the promotional price paid, not the standard price.

Add-ons and one-time purchases

Any one-time purchases or add-ons are non-refundable after purchase.

6 · How to request a refund

To request a refund, please:

·Email support@sellseva.com with the subject line: Refund request — [your email address]
·Include your account email, the date of the charge, and a brief reason
·We will respond within 2 business days

You can also use the live chat in the app (bottom right of any page) to request a refund. Our team typically responds within a few hours during business hours.

7 · Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Most issues can be resolved quickly, and a chargeback can cause your account to be permanently suspended.

If you initiate a chargeback for a charge that we believe was valid, we reserve the right to contest it and to suspend your access to the Service pending resolution.
