Affiliate Programme Terms

1 · Programme overview

The Sell Seva Affiliate Programme ("Programme") allows approved individuals and companies ("Affiliates") to earn recurring commission by referring new customers to Sell Seva Cross Listing and Closetline.

By applying to or participating in the Programme, you agree to these Affiliate Terms, which form part of the Sell Seva Terms of Service. In the event of conflict, these Affiliate Terms take precedence.

Product scope: one shared Programme covers Sell Seva Cross Listing and Closetline; commissions from both products accrue to the same affiliate account

Commission rate: 25% of each paid subscription invoice, recurring for the lifetime of the referred account

Referred-user offer: 30% off the first paid month when an eligible affiliate referral completes checkout

Cookie window: 60 days

Affiliate benefit: complimentary Pro account for active affiliates

Payout threshold: $100 minimum balance; no referral-count requirement

Validation hold: 30 days after each paid commission is recorded

Payment schedule: monthly on the 15th via PayPal

2 · Eligibility

You are eligible to join the Programme if you:

✓Are 18 years of age or older

✓Have a valid PayPal account in your name for receiving payments

✓Agree to these Affiliate Terms and the Sell Seva Terms of Service

✓Are not a current Sell Seva employee or contractor

✓Do not primarily operate in a country on the US OFAC sanctions list

We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion and to revoke affiliate status at any time.

Self-referrals: you may not refer yourself or your own accounts. Self-referrals will be voided and may result in programme termination.

3 · Commission structure

You earn 25% recurring commission on each paying Sell Seva Cross Listing or Closetline subscriber you refer for the entire lifetime of their account, as long as they remain on an active paid plan.

Commission qualifying events

·Commission is earned when a referred user signs up through your unique affiliate link AND upgrades to an eligible paid plan for either product

·Eligible affiliate-referred users receive 30% off their first paid month; commission is calculated on that net paid invoice and becomes payout-eligible after the 30-day validation hold

·Free plan sign-ups are tracked but earn no commission until the user upgrades

·Commissions are not earned on refunded payments

·Commissions are not earned on your own subscription

Commission reductions: if a referred customer downgrades their plan, your commission will be adjusted accordingly at the next payment cycle. If they cancel, commission stops.

Active-affiliate Pro account: active affiliates receive a complimentary Pro account while their affiliate status remains active. The account is for the affiliate's own use and may not be transferred or resold.

4 · Tracking & attribution

Each affiliate receives one referral code that works with each product (e.g. sellseva.com?ref=yourcode or sellseva.com/closetline?ref=yourcode). Attribution works as follows:

·Cookie window: 60 days from first click. If a visitor clicks your link and signs up within 60 days, you receive credit.

·Last-click attribution: if a visitor clicks multiple affiliate links, the most recent click within the 60-day window receives credit.

·Direct sign-ups: if a visitor already has a direct cookie (visited sellseva.com directly before clicking your link), attribution may not apply.

Affiliate tracking is managed through Rewardful. You can view your clicks, sign-ups, and earnings in your affiliate dashboard.

Do not use cookie-stuffing, forced clicks, or any deceptive methods to generate referrals. Any commissions generated through fraudulent means will be voided and your account terminated.

5 · Payment

5.1 Payment threshold

Payouts are issued when your account balance reaches a minimum of $100 USD. There is no minimum number of referred subscribers; smaller balances roll forward to the next monthly payout cycle.

5.2 Payment schedule

Payouts are processed on the 15th of each month for eligible commissions. Each paid commission is held for 30 days for validation before it can be included in a payout.

5.3 Payment method

Payments are made via PayPal to the email address registered in your affiliate account. You are responsible for any PayPal fees. We may add additional payment methods in the future.

5.4 Taxes

You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on commissions earned. If you are a US resident and earn more than $600 in a calendar year, we will issue a 1099-NEC. Affiliates outside the US may need to provide a W-8BEN form. Sell Seva will provide tax forms as required by applicable law.

5.5 Disputed commissions

If you believe a commission has been incorrectly calculated or missed, contact support@sellseva.com within 30 days of the payment date. We will investigate and adjust if an error occurred.

6 · Affiliate conduct

As an affiliate, you agree to:

·Accurately represent Sell Seva and its features — do not make false or misleading claims

·Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in all promotional content (required by FTC guidelines and equivalent laws globally)

·Not bid on Sell Seva branded keywords in paid search advertising without written permission

·Not create fake reviews or testimonials

·Not spam email lists, forums, or social media with unsolicited promotional content

·Not use coupon or cashback sites without written permission

·Not promote Sell Seva on sites that contain illegal, adult, or harmful content

·Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction including advertising and disclosure regulations

FTC disclosure requirement

US affiliates are required by the FTC to clearly disclose their affiliate relationship whenever promoting Sell Seva. Acceptable disclosures include: "This post contains affiliate links — I earn a commission if you sign up" or a hashtag like #ad or #sponsored in a visible location.

Non-US affiliates should comply with their local equivalent (e.g. ASA guidelines in the UK, ARPP in France).

7 · Marketing materials & intellectual property

We provide approved marketing materials, banners, and copy in your affiliate dashboard. You are welcome to create your own promotional content, subject to the conduct rules in Section 6.

You may use the Sell Seva name, logo, and screenshots in promotional content for the purpose of the Programme. You may not:

✕Alter or modify the Sell Seva logo

✕Use the Sell Seva brand in a way that suggests you are affiliated beyond being an affiliate (e.g. do not create a website that appears to be an official Sell Seva page)

✕Register domain names containing "Sell Seva" without written permission

All intellectual property rights in Sell Seva's branding remain owned by Sell Seva, Inc. The permission to use our brand in the Programme does not transfer any ownership rights.

8 · Termination

8.1 By you

You may leave the Programme at any time by emailing support@sellseva.com. Any earned commissions that have cleared the 30-day refund window and met the payment threshold will be paid in the next payout cycle.

8.2 By us

We may terminate your participation in the Programme at any time with 30 days notice. We may terminate immediately (with forfeiture of unpaid commissions) if you:

·Violate the conduct rules in Section 6

·Engage in fraud, deception, or misrepresentation

·Violate the Sell Seva Terms of Service

·Are found to be generating fraudulent referrals

8.3 Programme changes

We reserve the right to modify the commission rate or Programme terms with 30 days written notice. If the new terms are not acceptable to you, you may terminate your participation as described in 8.1.

9 · Liability & disclaimers

Sell Seva makes no warranty that the Programme will generate any specific level of income. Commission earnings depend entirely on your promotional efforts and the quality of your audience.

Sell Seva is not responsible for any costs or liabilities you incur in your promotional activities. All costs (advertising spend, content creation, tools) are your responsibility.

Sell Seva's liability to you under the Programme is limited to the payment of validly earned commissions as described in these Terms.
